Position SummaryReporting to the Vice President of Product, the Director of Product leads the Scale/Iterate portfolio responsible for Gifthealth’s Digital Pharmacy Systems (DPS) and Gastro (GAS) product lines. This role owns platform and product strategy focused on improving existing offerings and scaling the platform to support future growth and new verticals. The Director of Product coaches and manages a team of product managers while ensuring strong product craft, clear prioritization, and fast execution.
We are seeking a Director of Product to connect company strategy to shipped outcomes by aligning engineering, design, and business stakeholders around high-impact initiatives. This position plays a key role in supporting our product lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.
- Leads, mentors, and manages a team of product managers while setting the standard for product craft and decision-making
- Owns and drives product and platform strategy for Digital Pharmacy Systems (DPS) and Gastro (GAS) offerings
- Translates company and product strategy into roadmap priorities and measurable product outcomes
- Prioritizes initiatives and makes clear trade-off decisions aligned with business goals and technical capacity
- Partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Removes blockers and ensures rapid execution while maintaining product quality and reliability
- Promotes AI-native product development practices in discovery, tooling, and delivery
Qualifications
- Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) (Required)
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred)
- Product management training or certification (Preferred)
- Licensure/Certification : None
- Experience :
- 8+ years of product management experience (Required)
- Demonstrated leadership of product managers (5+ direct reports) or equivalent leadership responsibility (Required)
- Experience improving and scaling existing digital products or platforms (Required)
- Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through product initiatives (Required)
- Healthcare technology or digital pharmacy experience (Preferred)
- Platform product leadership in a high-growth or scaling company (Preferred)
- Experience implementing AI-enabled product workflows (Preferred)
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
- Knowledge of product management frameworks and best practices, platform and systems product development, product lifecycle management and roadmap planning, healthcare technology or healthcare-adjacent industry concepts, data-informed product decision-making (Required)
- Knowledge of digital pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance and regulatory environments, gastroenterology or procedure-prep product workflows and AI-enabled product development practices (Preferred)
- Product strategy development skills (Required)
- Product prioritization and trade-off decision-making skills (Required)
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills (Required)

Work Environment
- Location : Remote
- Schedule : 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday with night and weekend hours on occasion as determined by the needs of the business and cross-facility travel as needed.
- Regular meetings with Operational Excellence, Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Support, Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Inventory Planning, Compliance, Data & Insights and Program Director teams. This role will also have meetings with external central fulfillment partners, shipping and logistic partners and client manufacturing representatives.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while writing or reviewing documentation
- Must be able to work on a computer for the entire shift
- Must be able to attend virtual meetings with cross-functional teams
