Client Travel Support Specialist
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to support clients with travel planning and coordination in a flexible, remote-friendly role. This position is ideal for those who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and managing important details throughout the planning process.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist with organizing travel plans and coordinating reservations. Responsibilities include confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate client records.
This role focuses on providing consistent support, clear communication, and reliable coordination rather than direct sales. Success comes from attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
