PAY MILES
- Average weekly pay: $1,600–$1,750 | Top earners: $1,850+
- $0.65 CPM — increases to $0.66 after 1 year (Job Stability Bonus)
- Average 2,300–2,500 miles per week
HOME TIME
- Home 48 hours every weekend
BONUSES
- $3,000 transition bonus for new drivers
- $3,000 referral bonus
- Annual pay increases

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar equipment
- At least 23 years old
- No major convictions (DWI, DUI, hit and run, homicide, assault, suspension, revocation, or reckless driving) within the past 5 years
- No more than 4 minor moving violations in the past 36 months
- No more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 12 months
