Become an integral part of our prestigious Level 1 Trauma 18-bed Operating Room, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional surgical care across a broad spectrum of procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care during various surgical procedures, including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries.
• Circulate at the operating table, with a focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Accurately maintain patient records in EPIC, adhering to all documentation standards.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience.
• Prior experience in Level 1 trauma centers.
• Certification in BCLS and EPIC EHR systems.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burn surgeries.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialized surgical procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Proven track record working in fast-paced, complex surgical environments.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work a 10-hour shift, with a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including call hours.
• Must hold active RN licensure, with flexibility to cover shifts during day, evening, and weekend hours.
• Valid BCLS and EPIC certifications are required.

Hourly Pay Rate: $62.47
Shift Details: 06:30 - 17:00, with shifts including days, evenings, and on-call hours (Monday-Friday 2100-0630; Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts 0630-1900 and 1900-0630).
Start Date: March 9, 2026
