Certified Intervention Specialist- (Ohio Teaching Certification Required)

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team. We prefer a candidate with at least 1 year experience, but are accepting new grads as well. Licensure with ODEW is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and shaping young minds, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students

- Provide individualized instruction to students with varying abilities

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and administrators

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience

- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process

-Meet compliance deadlines for Special Education services and records

**Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- State teaching certification

- Experience working with elementary school-aged children

- Knowledge of childhood development principles

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to mentor and support students in their academic growth

- Classroom management skills
