Job Description: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Experience: None required Education: None required Minimal onsite training provided. Special Requirements: Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Some weekends and overtime required. Shift: 8-hour workday, 40 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Some weekends and overtime required. Tools and Equipment: Provided at no cost to workers. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for reasonable transportation and subsistence costs (including meals and, if necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completing the contract or if dismissed early, the employer will pay for return transportation and subsistence to the worker's home or the place the worker originally departed to work, unless the worker voluntarily abandons employment or obtains subsequent employment with another employer.
