We are a locally owned and operated Allstate agency in Defiance, Ohio, and were looking for a motivated Licensed Customer Service Professional to join our team. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position based in our Defiance office.

Youll deliver outstanding customer service while helping grow the agency through cross-selling and building strong, long-term relationships in the Defiance community. You will use your insurance knowledge to educate customers, offer the right Allstate products, and provide trusted advice that protects families and assets.

• Provide outstanding customer service on every call, walk-in, email, and in-person interaction
• Cross-sell Allstate products to existing customers to better meet their protection needs
• Help protect customers by recommending the right Allstate coverages
• Educate customers on how to protect their families, homes, vehicles, and assets
• Serve the Defiance community by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties
• Follow up with customers to ensure they have the coverage they need and maintain positive, long-term relationships

• Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Strong customer service orientation with an interest in sales (previous customer service or sales experience preferred)
• Confident, self-motivated individual who works well independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and consistently follow up
