We are searching for mission-driven connectors in Columbus, OH who have active local networks as well as nationwide reach and want to earn life-changing income while making a real difference.
SCDC is solving America’s housing shortage and paying connectors unlimited, uncapped commissions with 6 to 7 figure annual income potential to help us do it.
This is a work-from-home W-2 position where you set your own schedule, part-time or full-time, from anywhere in the U.S.
You do not sell anything because your only mission is inviting people to a Founder-led briefing where every sale is completed for you.
The right candidate with a strong network can apply, interview, start, and earn their first commission all within the same week.

S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp. is not another apartment company. We are building revolutionary master-planned multifamily subdivisions designed to reset how Americans live, invest, and build generational wealth.
We need influential connectors who want to earn life-changing income while helping families build lasting legacies through real estate ownership .
YOUR ROLE: THE TRUSTED GATEWAY
• Identify high-potential individuals in your personal, professional, and social media networks across the entire country
• Personally invite them to attend the Architecture of Legacy Founder-led briefing (Wednesdays 7:30 PM CT or Saturdays 2:00 PM CT)
• Provide concierge-level support so your guests feel prepared and confident
• Track every invitation from first contact through attendance and follow-up
• Attend at least one briefing weekly to support your invited guests
All investment questions, financial details, and closing are handled directly by our Founder during briefings. You never have to be the expert.
COMPENSATION
• W-2 position with 100% commission-based uncapped earnings
• 6 to 7 figure annual income potential for driven connectors
• Paid every Friday with no chargebacks
• Fully remote from anywhere in the U.S.
• Part-time or full-time with complete schedule flexibility
• Keep your current job or business while building this income
• No territory restrictions — invite anyone in your nationwide network

Community leaders, nonprofit organizers, faith leaders, business owners, and anyone with a massive warm network and genuine influence.

• You are not currently living in and authorized to work in the United States
• You need a base salary or are uncomfortable with 100% commission-based pay

• You do not have an active network of people who know, like, and trust you
• You need someone pushing you every day to stay accountable and productive
REQUIREMENTS
• Large, active, warm network
• U.S. work authorization and U.S. residency
• Internet-enabled phone (computer preferred)
• Passion for community impact and personal accountability
