Senior Security Manager
- Ensure compliance with all government regulatory requirements across the contracting and program lifecycle, with a focus on the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
- Manage physical and operational security in accordance with 32 CFR part 117 and industrial security requirements.
- Standardize processes and procedures across all collateral facilities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead ServiceNow workflow integration and collaborate with Digital Technology (DT) and business partners for access processing and ISO actions.
- Conduct security assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulations for classified materials protection.
- Oversee secure facility construction and modifications , ensuring compliance with security guidelines.
- Develop and administer security policies , practices, and metrics to maintain a strong security posture.
- Coordinate with ISSM/ISSO on classified IT systems, eMASS, RMF, system accreditation, media control, and incident response.
- Draft and maintain security documentation , including security plans, SOPs, Technology Control Plans (TCPs), and incident procedures.
- Conduct self-reviews and risk assessments , developing mitigation plans and concepts of operations to address threats and vulnerabilities.
- Support security reviews , including Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) site visits and formal self-inspections.
- Investigate security incidents , including NISP, counterintelligence, and Insider Threat indicators, and develop corrective action plans.
- Provide security education and training , including awareness programs and briefings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including program management, facilities, engineering, and the broader security team, to ensure a safe and secure workplace for employees, contractors, visitors, and suppliers.
- Education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of industrial security experience.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a NISP, government compliance, Department of Defense setting, or security function.
- Clearance : Must possess an active Secret clearance.
- Risk Assessment and Business Acumen : The ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities, and to develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Understand the internal and external factors that impact the organization including market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory requirements. Information & Analytical Thinking: the ability to collect, analyze and interpret information from various sources to anticipate and counteract potential security threats, while thinking critically and analytically to solve complex security problems and make informed decisions. Adaptability and Resilience : The capacity to adapt to changing security landscapes and recover quickly from setbacks or incidents. Interpersonal Skills & Customer Service: Strong interpersonal abilities, effective networking and collaboration capabilities, and cultural competence. High emotional intelligence and self-awareness are essential for fostering a respectful approach to security operations. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security policies, procedures, and incident reports to stakeholders at all levels. Active listening & relationship building. Project Management : The ability to plan, execute, and oversee security projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work Authorization : This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. - Location : This position is based in Evendale, OH, and requires full-time availability during the 1st shift.
