Job Summary:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The Administrative Assistant will perform specialized complex clerical and administrative assignments related to Office, Finance, and Field Construction operations. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s general administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

1. Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail. Drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence as needed.

2. Document Preparation and Management: Creating and formatting documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Organizing and maintaining electronic and/or hard copy files.

3. Data Entry and Database Management: Entering and updating information in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

4. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to assigned departments and/or teams. Assisting with projects, conducting research, preparing presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion.

5. Filing and Record-Keeping: Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. Ensuring documents are stored securely and can be easily retrieved when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
General

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Computer and Office Technologies or similar field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Deadline driven, self-motivated, and technically savvy.
  • Ability to handle confidential documentation in a professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible, take direction with ease, including changes to schedule and workflow priorities.
  • Critical thinking skills: make assessments and provide solutions to problems.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Able to sit and look at a computer screen for long periods of time.

Technical

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, computers, and copiers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous construction customer service a plus.
