Office Manager - You're not just managing tasks; you're leading our clinic to success. More than just an administrative role, as the Office Manager, you will be vital in shaping patient experiences and clinic culture. You'll help oversee the scheduling system, patient feedback, staff meetings, implementing office policies, and assist in billing and insurance processes. You will guide staff with their questions and assist in various roles as needed. Your ability to adapt, solve problems, and lead with empathy will make you an invaluable asset to our team. While experience as an office manager is always valuable, it is not necessary. Experience in a dermatology office and a leadership role are strongly preferred, including lead Medical Assistant or front desk roles. Flexibility, a motivation to learn, and a willingness to help other staff grow are required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
