Position Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with prospective customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate interest, build rapport with homeowners, and schedule appointments for our painting consultants.

This is not a closing role. Your focus is on creating opportunities and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners

• Introduce homeowners to Xclusive Painting Company's services

• Educate potential customers about exterior and interior painting solutions

• Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments

• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments

• Represent the company professionally in the community

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals

• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment quality
