Job Title: Associate Insurance Producer (P&C)

At Brightway Insurance, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a successful Producer. This role is designed for someone early in their career (or new to insurance) who wants hands-on training before transitioning into a full sales role.

What You’ll Do (Year 1 – Learning & Development Focus):

• Learn how to quote, review, and recommend insurance coverages
• Support the team with client service, policy changes, and renewals
• Assist experienced producers with quoting and account management
• Build foundational knowledge of carriers, underwriting, and systems
• Participate in hands-on training, and ongoing development

What You’ll Do (After Training – Growth into Sales):

• Begin building and managing your own book of business
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and leads
• Develop client relationships and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Transition into a full Producer role with commission-based earnings

Requirements:

• Open to licensed or unlicensed candidates (Ohio Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Ability to work in-office initially (hybrid option available over time)
