Patient nutrition is the top priority for a ProMedica Registered Clinical Dietitian.
In this role, you will identify patients who may be at nutrition risk, perform assessments and provide on-going evaluation of the patient’s need to ensure nutritional goals are met. You will provide appropriate interventions and initiate individualized nutrition care plans through our Forever Fit program.
You will also educate patients and/or caregivers on therapeutic diets based on the patient’s needs and provider consults.

REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics or related field and completion of a dietetic internship
- Effective January 1, 2024, a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics is required in addition to completion of a dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian (RD) status and/or successful completion of the national registration examination (RD) within 120 days of hire
- Ohio dietitians must be licensed with the State Medical Board of Ohio (LD) and/or obtain licensure within 120 days of hire
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and/or be eligible to successfully complete the examination within 120 days of hire
