Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a contract to hire ServiceNow CMDB analyst to join one of our clients in downtown Cincinnati. We are seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) Analyst II to support the growing ServiceNow Platform team within our Information Technology (IT) department. Our IT department executes with passion and proficiency, delivering to our clients valued services that help them to achieve their financial goals. We make solutions simple, align resources and assets with strategic priorities and continually improve our skills, processes and IT capabilities. The person who accepts this position will be challenged to perform complex tasks and rewarded accordingly.

As a ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) Analyst II you will be a part of our ServiceNow Platform team. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB Workflows and Integrations. In this role you will target and support IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and functions within ServiceNow Platform. Additional responsibilities to deliver new functionality and enhancements to ServiceNow Discovery, Software and Hardware Asset Management, and Service Mapping. You will receive the opportunity to research and use new technologies as our ServiceNow Platform team implements the latest ServiceNow features.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Experience working hands on with ServiceNow CMDB experience

• Have hands on experience designing, building, and maintaining CMDB

• Experience working with ITOM

• Discovery configuration and troubleshooting as well as understanding how operational data feeds the CMDB

• Have built or supported integrations feeding data into CMDB

• Experience creating and maintaining service mapping

• Experience supporting IT Asset Management
