Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our client's team in the greater Cleveland area within the financial services industry. This role is focused on managing schedules, maintaining clean project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables. You will not be responsible for the content of the projects; instead, your primary responsibility will be to keep projects organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays.

Coordinate schedules across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Track and report on project status, providing clear updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to deadlines and manage dependencies between tasks.

Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain workflow efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in a project coordinator or project management role

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - PMP or similar project management certification.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
