Client Specialist
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry? We’re looking for a reliable, detail oriented Receptionist/Client Specialist to join our team at Rocky River Med Spa - The Fountain Clinic. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a calm, professional environment.
This position is for 3 days per week with one Saturday per month requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Assist with room preparation and cleaning between clients
- Support staff with laundry and general cleanliness of the spa
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and waiting area
- Help with administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organized and able to multitask efficiently
- Is comfortable using scheduling software and email
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Previous spa or salon experience is a plus, but not required
