Job Details

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of mechanical and fire protection projects from inception through completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager with project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
  • Communicating effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitoring project progress and quality to maintain high standards and compliance with safety regulations
  • Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and change orders
  • Collaborating closely with field and office teams to solve problems and drive project efficiency
  • Supporting procurement and resource allocation as needed
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations
