Experienced Property Manager – Luxury Class A (Floating Position)

Join a premier Class A management team and oversee daily operations at four luxury communities across the Columbus area. You will lead leasing performance, maintain high resident satisfaction standards, manage financials, and ensure each property operates at top performance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader ready to take on a high‑impact, multi‑site role.

Location: Columbus, OH (Floating between Delaware, Dublin, Pickerington, and Grove City)

Schedule: Monday–Friday • 8am–5pm

Pay: $25/hr

Type: Contract to Hire • Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities

• To oversee leasing performance, occupancy goals, and move‑in processes
• To manage day‑to‑day property operations and conduct regular inspections
• To build strong relationships with residents, teams, and vendors
• To resolve resident concerns quickly and professionally
• To oversee maintenance request handling and service quality
• To maintain accurate operational, resident, and financial records
• To manage budgets, track variances, and monitor revenue
• To collaborate on community events and resident engagement activities
• To coordinate staff schedules and assignments across all sites
• To monitor market trends and assist with marketing strategy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of property management experience
• Proven success in leasing, financial performance, and resident satisfaction
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to travel between assigned communities
