Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about making a positive impact on kids and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Center Director in daily operations and staff management
• Help lead, train, and motivate coaching staff
• Ensure high-quality class delivery and member experience
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
• Drive membership growth through sales, outreach, and retention efforts
• Build strong relationships with members and families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Step in to coach classes when needed

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of management, leadership, or supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or fitness/youth programs preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
• Availability for evenings and weekends
