Seasonal Position | 30–40 Hours/Week

TruCut Group is hiring motivated team members for the upcoming landscaping season in the Greater Cincinnati area.

We’re looking for dependable people who want to work hard, learn, grow, and be part of a company that takes pride in quality work and professionalism.

Quick Details

• Schedule: Seasonal, 30–40 hours per week
• Work Days: Monday–Friday
• Location: Greater Cincinnati area

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lawn mowing
• String trimming
• Edging sidewalks and driveways
• Blowing off hard surfaces
• Mulch installation
• Garden bed cleanup
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Working alongside experienced crew members

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Team player mentality

No landscaping experience required.
Experience with lawn care equipment is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience operating mowers, trimmers, or blowers
• Experience towing trailers is a bonus
