HEART of GESMV Specialist
- Previous experience in providing supportive services to a diverse population which include mentoring, teaching, training, facilitating, or coaching.
- Experience in developing individual treatment or action plans and resources for clients and/or consumers in a diverse setting.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships across departments and organizations.
- Experience in case management, customer service, working with more than one disability population, and a demonstrated understanding of employer needs.
- Ability to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills and knowledge of community resources.
