Description:
- The applicant will be responsible for running bulldozers, excavators, skidloaders, pans and other construction equipment.
- Work will consist of moving dirt, rock, sand, gravel and other materials.
- The Equipment Operator will work in a combination of new construction and remodel jobs with mostly light commercial work and some residential.
- RCS will offer training to the Equipment Operator with the ability to advance in the field
Preferred Skills:
- Safety focused
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 year heavy equipment operations experience
- Pan / scraper experience is a huge plus
- CDL Class A strongly preferred
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- A basic understanding of how to read blueprints
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility & willingness to work in multiple positions
