Outside Sales Representative

- Surpass Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed established sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
- Territory Development: Design and execute comprehensive strategies to expand market share within the assigned region.
- Pipeline Expansion: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Account Retention: Nurture existing partnerships to ensure long-term loyalty and account growth.
- Industrial Solutions: Provide specialized, application-based technical support for industrial motor systems.
- Engagement & Training: Lead high-impact virtual and on-site product presentations and training sessions.
- Field Presence: Maintain a consistent daily travel schedule to engage with customers directly.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize SAP and Microsoft Power BI to track performance and analyze sales metrics.
- CRM Management: Maintain precise records of all client interactions using Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Sales Forecasting: Predict revenue streams and provide accurate reporting on sales trajectories.
