Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist
We’re recruiting for a Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist on behalf of a respected insurance services organization located in Concord Township (eastern suburb of Cleveland). This is a full-time, onsite position focused on execution, coordination, and follow-through across multiple marketing channels.
This is not a strategy-only role. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys managing campaigns, content, and events while keeping projects organized and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute email campaigns and member communications
Coordinate webinars and virtual events
Develop and update brochures, catalogs, and digital marketing assets
Oversee LinkedIn and Facebook content
Support website updates and partner initiatives
Plan and execute company and member events
Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance
Qualifications
Practical marketing experience with hands-on campaign execution
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and design platforms
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Detail-focused and collaborative
Preferred experience in B2B marketing, insurance, or financial services.
