What You’ll Do:

As a Grounds Technician, you’ll play a meaningful role in performing work related to general grounds maintenance and upkeep of our residential facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires 2-3 years of proven experience in the maintenance field or in a related area
• Working knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices used in maintenance & occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Skill in operation of power and manual tools & operation of light and heavy equipment
• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull up to 60 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices used in grounds maintenance
• Understanding of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Skilled in operation of power and manual tools, along with light and heavy equipment

Licensure/Certification:

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and proof of auto insurance
