Kingston Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our rehabilitation team in Ashland Ohio. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent grad ready to grow, you'll help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver goal-oriented therapy sessions that focus on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support whole-person recovery. Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and progress. Maintain accurate documentation and update treatment plans based on resident outcomes. Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating environment that promotes resident engagement and achievement.

Qualifications: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active PT license in the State of Ohio required. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab settings preferred. New graduates welcome with appropriate licensure and clinical readiness. A patient-first mindset and dedication to quality care.
