Full Time and or Part Time Member Service Representative

We are seeking a team-oriented person to fill the role of Member Service Representative (MSR). We have an opening for a Full Time/and or Part Time position.

This is a Monday-Friday Job with Paid Holiday's off.

Member Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet members in a professional manner in person and on the phone.
• Process financial transactions accurately.
• Open and maintain new memberships and accounts.
• Solve member concerns.
• Promote credit union products and services.
• Maintain a high degree of member confidentiality.
• Assist in the day to day work operations.

MSR's also perform a variety of account maintenance duties, side-jobs of various clerical functions, and assist management with duties as necessary.

Expectations and Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Financial Background is a plus but not required. (If you have a welcoming personality and make the effort to learn, you can be trained for the rest.)

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented and with a degree of accuracy. Competence with computers and cash handling skills. Maintain a professional appearance and mature demeanor. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to member satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast paced environment as needed while providing friendly service to our members.
