Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Do
- Review and process A/P invoices, POs, and receivers
- Handle AP Automation issues and maintain vendor files
- Process weekly check/wire/ACH runs
- Support payment runs and vendor setup in SAP
- Partner with Supply Chain to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements
- 2+ years high volume accounts payable experience with 3-way match
- Manufacturing experience
- SAP (Kofax a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Associate degree is a plus
- Government/Defense contractor experience is a plus
