Revenue Training Leader
As Revenue Training Leader, you will:
- Design and train our trainers on the onboarding and initial performance training across all revenue teams (Outside Sales, Community Engagement, Call Center, and Talent Acquisition) – you are the trainer of our trainers
- Build scalable development systems that emphasize appointment setting mastery, objection handling, engagement skills, and role-specific excellence
- Create engaging multimedia training content (videos, workbooks, LMS modules, certifications, scripts, playbooks)
- Facilitate high-impact in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and boot camps
- Lead and develop our Revenue Training staff, providing accountability and performance oversight
- Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and performance trends
- Define and track training KPIs tied directly to revenue outcomes and retention
- Continuously refine programs using performance data, field observations, and feedback loops

- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Leadership
- 3–4 years of high-level performance in Outside Sales and/or Canvass
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable training programs
- Strong leadership and trainer-development experience
- High emotional intelligence and cross-functional influence
- Ability to travel up to 50% between offices in Ohio, Kentucky, & Tennessee
