Occasional evening or weekend shift

$45k-$48k salary

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing a team of TBS Specialist by providing professional support, training and mentorship.
• Managing a caseload of clients at 30% productivity.
• Connecting clients with community resources.
• Ensuring that the treatment/behavior plan is being followed.
• Ensuring all required documentation is completed and sent to the appropriate supervisor.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing therapy, counseling and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Experience in community-based case management.
• Managerial experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
