Safety Specialist
Guild Associates, Inc. is a growing company with over 40 years’ experience, specializing in innovative solutions for our customers. We are a leader in the alternative fuels marketplace, providing custom engineered and manufactured processing equipment in the compressed natural gas and liquid natural gas markets. We are looking for a dynamic, enterprising individual to add to our growing business.

Safety Specialist will implement policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
- Assist with Recruiting, Placement and Onboarding new employess.
- Ensure all compliance training is up to date and completed.
- Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
- Experience managing EH&S,
- Experience with HRIS and LMS systems.
- Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Safety, or related field required.
- Three to Five years of related experience preferred.
- Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
